You can place your order through our online store without paying any shipping charges at checkout.
Once we receive your order, our team will review it and calculate the shipping cost based on your destination and the items ordered.
We will then contact you by email with:
- Your order total
- The calculated shipping cost
- Any applicable additional charges, where relevant
- The final amount to be paid
No payment is required when you place your order.
After receiving the final cost, you can decide whether you would like to proceed. If you choose to continue, simply confirm by replying to our email and we will send you a secure payment link.
If you decide not to proceed after reviewing the final cost, there is no obligation to complete your order.
Shipping within Greece
Orders within Greece are shipped through selected courier and transport partners.
Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and the size of the order. We always aim to select a reliable and cost-effective shipping option for your order.
The exact shipping cost will be calculated after your order is submitted and before any payment is requested.
Shipping within the European Union
We ship FORELIA products to destinations throughout the European Union.
Shipping costs are calculated individually according to the destination, weight and size of the order.
For shipments within the EU, customs duties are generally not applicable. You will receive the final shipping cost for approval before making any payment.
Shipping Outside the European Union.
We also accept orders for destinations outside the European Union.
International shipping costs are calculated individually based on the destination, weight and size of the order.
Depending on the destination country, customs duties, import taxes, clearance fees or other charges may apply.
Where possible, we will inform you of these costs before payment. However, certain charges may be determined by the customs authorities of the destination country and may not be known in advance.
